We know there’s more to an individual than can be expressed on a resumé. See below for a sneak-peak at some of the responsibilities you’d hold as a service team lead.

Base rate is currently projected to be $19 per hour,

with tip share it is reasonable to expect to earn $24-$28 per hour.

Responsibilities

* Team Lead will be responsible for leading, overseeing and training the service staff of in collaboration with members of Management.
* Team Lead will be charged with maintaining our standard of hospitality and execution at all times, and elevating it wherever and whenever possible.
* Team Lead will be responsible, in collaboration with members of the Management, to support and help ongoing development of training programs to implement the standards laid out in service training, and reinforce those standards into the culture as a whole.
* Team Lead will be responsible, in collaboration with members of the Management, to maintain and support cleanliness, sanitation standards, and a safe, healthy working environment.
* Team Lead will be responsible, in collaboration with members of the Management, to support and help ongoing development of the beverage programs to implement the standards laid out in beverage training, maintain product pars and quality, and manage equipment usage and performance pertaining to the service team.
* Team Lead will be expected to attend weekly meetings with management and lead shift pre-shift as needed.
* Team Lead will occasionally be responsible for ordering and receiving.
* Team Lead will occasionally be responsible for opening or closing the shift for which they work. This can include cash handling, shift reports, or other tasks assigned by members of the Management.
* Team Lead will not be responsible for progressive counseling, disciplinary actions, or terminations as it would pertain to the service team.
* Team Leads will not be responsible for calculating tips, but will be responsible ensuring that roster information on tip sheets are accurate.

Experience

* 1-2 years in restaurant industry with guest facing role preferred.

Requirements

* Food Safety Certification required.
* Personable and enjoys working with guests and leading a diverse team.
* Passion for food, hospitality, and providing an exemplary guest experience.

Physical Requirements

* Availability to work weekends, day shifts and evening shifts.
* Ability to stand for long periods of time (6 or more hours per shift)
* Ability to lift 25+ pounds
